We collect account information (email, display name), credentials you choose to store in your vault, family membership data, and shared inbox messages routed to your family address. Vault contents are protected by row-level access controls so only your family members can read them. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage patterns for security and analytics.
2. How We Use Information
To operate the service, secure your account, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, and improve WarpDesk.Space. Vault credentials are only accessible to authorized family members via row-level access controls.
3. Cookies & Advertising
We use cookies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Google AdSense, Supabase (database, auth), and Stripe (payments). Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You may delete your account at any time. Vault data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
6. Children's Privacy
WarpDesk.Space is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
